Join the dynamic SA Health team as a Part-time, Short Term Contract Rehab Weekend Manager based in the vibrant Adelaide Metro Southern region.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of rehabilitation services every second weekend.

About the role: Reporting to the Allied Health Director, RAP this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to oversee smooth operation of rehabilitation services during weekends.
Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Duties for the role will include: Accepts accountability for the outcomes of management practices, for addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy, for contributing to a safe and positive work culture in the interest of consumer outcomes, and for developing corporate team performance.
Oversees and advises on corporate management and systems services that are, by complexity or breadth, demonstrably beyond the usual range; initiate and lead projects of significant scope and complexity such as capital works developments or major systems changes.
About you: Must hold an appropriate degree level qualification and membership (or eligibility for membership) with the relevant professional association, and/or registration with the relevant Board – Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Social Work or Exercise Physiology.
Ability to assume responsibility for the development, coordination, organisation, growth, implementation of clinical services for rehabilitation services.
Ability to lead and manage an inter-disciplinary team in the context of a changing environment.
