About the Job:
This is a rare opportunity that has only arisen due to a staff relocation. As the in-house injury management consultant, you will provide support for health promotion, injury prevention management and RTW services for their employees impacted by injury, illness and/or mental health conditions.
You will provide support to injured workers to help them restore to their highest level of functional performance for a safe and sustainable return to work. This is an opportunity for you to bring your experience as an allied health professional to a high performing team in a consultative role with no billable hours.
You will be enrolled in a tailored induction program to help you learn the role where you will be supported by a experienced Rehabilitation consultant who comes from amental health background. You will receive excellent rates of pay and bonuses, as well as the opportunity to work hybrid.
What you will need to succeed:
You may be an experienced rehabilitation consultant or an allied health professional with a passion for occupational health. Although knowledge and understanding of Workers' Compensation and injury management are desired, full training will be provided. What's most important is that you are passionate about providing an exceptional service for the clients in your care.
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply including Provisional or Fully Registered Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors or Occupational Therapists.
Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC
