PermanentSydney- Full Time - Hybrid - ManagerAs a member of the regulatory team within our Office of General Counsel (OGC), you will contribute to all aspects of managing regulatory matters and regulatory litigation. This includes advising on various regulatory-focused matters, statutory obligations, auditor breach reporting and assisting with general commercial litigation. OGC provides a supportive in-house team environment where you will work closely with all areas and levels of the organisation and have the opportunity to utilise technical skills and strategy to advise our internal stakeholders with impactful results.Use the experience you have gained in commercial litigation to help PwC's lines of service with practical and effective advice. With new and dynamic problems to solve, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop and grow your legal skills.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing responses to our regulatorsManaging actual and threatened litigationAdvising on statutory obligations and auditor breach reportingAssisting with the review, legal analysis and preparation of advice to our internal clients on a variety of matters while working closely with the organisation's risk and compliance teamsProviding focused and pragmatic solutions to address legal risk and business problemsAbout You:You have a minimum of 4 years relevant litigation or regulatory legal experienceYou have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with business partners, OGC colleagues and law firmsYou have strong communication skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to draft clear and precise legal communicationsYou can prioritise tasks and manage workflow expectationsYou are willing to be involved in a variety of matters and are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environmentIt's time to move forward.
