Mars Recruitment is collaborating with a leading financial services organisation to look for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join the team and support regulatory adherence, conducting compliance monitoring, and managing internal and external reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct research on legal and compliance issues; manage regulatory updates and changes in a project management capacity.Coordinate and prepare regulatory registration and reporting for both internal and external needs, working closely with business units to gather necessary information.Prepare legal and compliance-related reports.Review and update policies and procedures as needed.Address external inquiries from government authorities, courts, enforcement agencies, and professional firms.Conduct compliance obligation management, monitoring, and control testing to support the compliance framework.Monitor and respond to compliance incidents and assist in breach reporting.Prepare regular compliance reports for management and HQ.Coordinate and facilitate legal and compliance-related training sessions for staff.Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years' experience in the financial services or similar professional services industry.Relevant tertiary education in a related field.Strong knowledge of financial products and a solid understanding of legal and compliance principles.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written proficiency.Candidates must have full Australian Citizenship or PR to be considered.SalaryAU$120000 - AU$130000 per annum + super + bonus
