It provides independent regulatory advice, management reporting, breach determination and manages the engagement between external regulators and the business in relation to compliance and enforceable matters for our Customer Business Unit.We have the following opportunities available within this team:2 x Compliance LeadersEach of the Compliance Leaders will lead a small team of Compliance Advisors in the provision of practical and pragmatic advice to our Retail business and will provide oversight and guidance on regulatory interpretation and incident & breach determination.2 x Senior Compliance AdvisorsReporting to one of the Compliance Leaders, you will work proactively with the business to provide guidance on retail regulatory requirements and assist the business to embed EnergyAustralia's Regulatory Uplift Program.We invite expressions of interest from individuals who have:Degree/tertiary qualifications in business or a related fieldAt least 5 years experience in a compliance advisory capacity (additional leadership experience of a compliance function is required for the Leader role)Previous experience in disseminating complex information to a range of stakeholdersStrong understanding of the Australian energy sector and retail regulatory environmentIf you share our passion for a clean energy future for all and want to join us #Doing.
