In the expansion of our Australian subsidiary based in North Sydney, we are currently seeking candidates to fill in a position as Compliance Officer.

Your mission

In liaison with the Group Ethics and Compliance Director, develop the Group's Ethics and Compliance program within his/her scope of responsibility.

Develop, initiate, maintain and review local policies, procedures and controls for the general operation of the Group's Ethics and Compliance program.

Manage the day-to-day operation of the program and provide advice to management and employees.

Assist in risk management in terms of compliance.

Establish and maintain an effective internal communication program on compliance and help develop the internal compliance training program.

Ensure the periodic reporting of Compliance activities. Monitor the performance of the Compliance program and take appropriate actions to improve its effectiveness.

Participate in the Export Control process in liaison with all the units in Group QA, Risks, Compliance, Internal Control Department.
