We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Registered Nurses to join the clinical teams at Southern Cross Care's Residential Aged Care Homes in Broken Hill, New South Wales, and Mildura, Victoria.
Broken Hill is a frontier mining town in the far west of New South Wales, in the Australian outback.
This legendary outback city, with its rich history and vibrant artistic community, offers a pleasant change of pace for those seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of the bigger centres.

You will work under the leadership of an experienced Clinical Manager to deliver advanced clinical and holistic care to our residents.
Providing support and supervision to your team members, you will champion a strong teamwork approach to residents' care.
You will liaise with medical practitioners, family, and other multi-disciplinary team members, ensuring excellence in personalised care.
Most importantly, compassion and empathy accompany your clinical talent, alongside building relationships with our residents based on dignity and respect.

What will you bring to the role? You will be a Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registrationYou will have a strong clinical focus with the ability to provide a high level of holistic support that best suits the individualKnowledge of chronic conditions, palliative, and dementia care (desired)You are dedicated to caring for older people to live their best livesYou enjoy working in a team environmentExcellent communication skillsYou must hold the right to work in Australia.How can you apply?
