To be successful in this role, you will have: Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Proven competence in nursing practice, with the ability to prioritise workload and adapt creatively and flexibly within a healthcare setting.Solid knowledge of nursing standards, relevant legislation, and Quality Improvement Systems in healthcare.
