The Position: We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team on a full-time and/or part-time basis. The successful candidate will join our dynamic and supportive clinical team and will contribute to our strong focus on providing safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to residents. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and support to lower classified employees, provide competent clinical care, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation. Requirements To be successful in the role, applicants will need to demonstrate: A tertiary qualification in nursing or hospital equivalent certificate; Current registration with AHPRA; A genuine interest for working in aged care; An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and to lead teams to achieve great outcomes for residents; A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload; and Flexibility for shift work. To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
