I've been very fortunate in my career to be on Acute Pool which has allowed me to be exposed to various units within Bendigo Health. I first completed an EN Grad year, worked several years on casual bank then completed my RN. After my RN grad year I commenced on Acute Pool and through this was exposed to ICU and ED, after completing my CCRN I returned to pool and spent several years working across the hospital. I loved my time on pool for the flexibility and the exposure to places that I hadn't thought of working before."
Current Residential Aged Care Pool Employee "I have worked on Residential Pool for over 12 years and I find the flexibility of self-rostering advantageous. It is great being able to move around the four residential sites as each day is different which provides a unique working week. Residential Pool allows you to utilise different skills over various areas and work within a diverse team of health professionals providing excellent care, every time."
