super): $36.64 - $48.99 Classification: NP21 - NP70 Hours per fortnight: Up to 80 Hours (includes ADO every 4 weeks) Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time and Part time hours available Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination (2 doses)

The Psychiatry Parent Infant Unit The team is part of Bendigo Health's Mental Health Department.
A 5 bed mental health inpatient unit for parents and infants.
The clinical team assesses and treats the mental health of the primary caregiver and supports/strengthens the attachment relationship between parent and infant.
Parent Infant Unit (PIU) inpatient admissions are open to antenatal women in their third trimester of pregnancy and primary caregivers (mum, dad, or carer) of infants up to the age of 12 months (unless walking) in the following circumstances: there is an existing diagnosis, or risk, of a serious mental illness with risk issues which may include the involvement of child protection, the needs and safety of caregivers and infants can be managed appropriately and safely in an open ward environment.
