About the Opportunity Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Bolton Clarke standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, evaluating, and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Day to day delivery and management of high-quality care needs of residents whilst ensuring that all residents are respected and treated with empathy and dignityManage and direct AINs and PCWs in day-to-day activities for residentsSupport the Residential Manager/Care Manager to fulfil the objectives they have for the effective and efficient management of the facilityRecording accurate medical records on each resident in line with the documentation guidelines and the legal issues of report writingComply with WHS legislation and Policy and ProceduresParticipate in continuous improvement processes and systems.About You The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with AHPRAMinimum of 2 years experience as a Registered NurseValid working rights in AustraliaAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staffStrong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growthCome and work for an organisation committed to resident respect and dignity, where you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
