About the role We are seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our nursing team in the Medical/Palliative Care Unit.
You will work alongside our multi-disciplinary team inclusive of allied health professionals and medical practitioners to deliver high-quality care in our 31 bed unit.
Our Medical Unit is focused on providing patient centred care and better health outcomes to enhance the quality of life for all our inpatients requiring care for a vast range of conditions.
The unit also specialises in palliative care, with a focus on meeting the wishes of patients and families at the end of life, or those requiring specialised symptom management.
These positions are available as either permanent full-time or part-time hours.
Relocation assistance to support your move to our vibrant seaside regional city of Warrnambool will be considered on an individual basis.
Warrnambool is a prime location in the South West of Victoria and is only a short drive to shops and neighbouring country towns and attractions, with little to no traffic making for an easy commute to work.
What you bring The successful applicant will hold current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and have recent acute hospital experience over the past 3 years.As a Registered Nurse, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality and providing best practice, patient centred care in a safe and caring environment.Excellent management and communication skills are essential, and evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development will be highly regarded.What we offer You will enjoy benefits such as:

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024, with the appropriate classification Registered Nurse Grade 2. Salary Range: $81,364.40 - $101,146.80 per annum pro rata.
