The Position Title: Registered Nurse with experience and or qualifications in Medical Day Oncology Nursing

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to take the next step in their career and join the friendly and supportive Cancer and Wellness Centre team.
Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based holistic contemporary oncology and day treatment care Deliver chemotherapy/Immuneotherapy cancer and related treatments Recognise and respond to physical and supportive care needs related to cancer diagnosis Collaborative team approach within a multidisciplinary team Work with others to achieve best possible outcomes for patients Requirements Developed oncology nursing skills Oncology nursing qualifications are highly regarded/and or suitable recent clinical experience Well-developed interpersonal skills A proactive approach, is highly motivated and well organized A professional manner at all times This position requires motivated and driven individuals who have demonstrated skills and experience in leadership. The ANUM will also work closely with visiting clinicians and other key personnel, thus enhancing patient-centered care and communication, and enabling effective and timely care planning.
This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
