We are seeking passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our MCU@Home program.
This program provides subacute rehabilitation and GEM care to patients who are living in their own homes.
In this role you will work alongside other dedicated interdisciplinary team members including medical, allied health and other nursing professionals.
At home programs are highly sought-after programs to get people out of hospital quicker and recuperate in their own environments.

Our ideal candidate will have: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experienceExcellent clinical assessment skills and ability to undertake tasks with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills with patients and colleagues as well as time management and organisational skillsPlease attach a copy of your qualifications in support of your application.
