Provide care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management, a level one registered nurse is responsible for a level of administrative responsibilities, including:
Deliver high quality nursing skills to residents and support their families, with consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needsComplex needs require following skillsetscatheter management incl.
catheterizationpalliative care incl.
syringe driver managementwound managementidentification and escalation of clinical deteriorationstrong documentation skills with knowledge of ANACCProvide leadership, support, orientation and education to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care AssistantsPromote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication managementCasual opportunity About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their potential!
