We aim to enhance patient experience through improved service access, developing partnerships, meeting growth in demand, implementing innovative service models and ensuring workforce flexibility.About the role:We are seeking Registered Nurses who desire to undertake Post graduate Studies in Critical Care Nursing. There are 10 positions available for the 2025 course which is 12 months in duration commencing in February of 2025.Students will rotate between the Emergency Department & the Intensive Care Unit with rotations to all shifts and days of the week, including weekends and night duty. Students will be expected to enrol in an approved university program & successfully complete that program & assessments as laid out by the University. Students are also expected to participate in tutorials run by GV Health to enhance their learning.Minimum FTE for this position is 0.6 (48 hours per fortnight)The successful candidate will have:Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseCompletion of a Graduate year is mandatorySelf-motivation with a sound level of communication, organisational and time management skills & demonstrated teamwork in the work environmentRecent experience in either emergency or intensive care nursing is desirableIf qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
