About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Tumby Bay MPS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering nursing and/or midwifery services to our diverse patient population. On a shift-by-shift basis, you will assess patient needs, devise tailored care plans, and coordinate service delivery across various disciplines and agencies. Your expertise and empathy will be instrumental in providing comprehensive, compassionate care that meets the highest standards.
About You You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.Demonstrating sound knowledge and an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse/Midwife within a health care setting, you will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.You will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a health care setting, displaying a commitment to providing consumer and family-centred care.Strong communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Why Join Us Make a real difference and feel like an important part of the community.
