Registered Nurse

The School Health Centre provides health care primarily to the Boarding students of Somerville House, as well as the day-to-day health and emergency care needs of the day students, staff and visitors to the School.
The Registered Nurse will work on a permanent, part-time, term-time (38 weeks per annum) basis.
Working 35 hours per week across the day school and Boarding House, your roster will see you working two long shifts (8.00am – 7.00pm) on a Tuesday and Thursday and two short shifts (8.00am – 4.00pm) on a Monday and Friday, with Wednesdays off.
You will collaborate with the other nurses, Health Centre Manager, Head of Boarding and Deputy Head of Boarding on a regular basis.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate and experienced , have excellent interpersonal skills , and really enjoy working with staff and students.

It would be highly advantageous if candidates have prior experience in an educational health centre.
It is a mandatory requirement to have the appropriate Nursing qualifications and current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration.
