We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team on a Full Time basis, working a range of morning, afternoon and evening shifts. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to, and assist with, the coordination of best practice clinical care that supports and enhances residents needs and wellbeing;
Job Description: Complete comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents Ensure timely and accurate documentation Provide Leadership and supervision to Care Service Employees and Enrolled Nurses and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care Sound knowledge and procedural responsibility in medication management, wound assessment and dressing technique What do you need?
To be successful you will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
Must have; Current AHPRA Registration The highest of standards for clinical documentation Minimum 12 months experience (Aged care highly regarded) Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, manage time effectively and complete activities Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Good computer and literacy skills Commitment to Work Health and Safety principles The ability to effectively lead a team (Leadership experience highly regarded) Ability to work independently Highly regarded; Understanding and education in regard to the care of people living with dementia Understanding, education, and knowledge in regard to pain management for older people Understanding, education, and knowledge in regard to caring for the dying and palliative care What we will do for you? Salary: From $79,000.00 per year
