We are currently looking for passionate people to support our Home Care clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties.
Responsibilities: Provide domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties.Support clients to live independently at home.Work with a dedicated service team.What you'll bring: Reliable and resilient with a genuine interest in supporting others.Certificate III in Home or Aged Care is advantageous, but not essential.Strong relationship building, time management, and budget management skills.Previous case management experience and relevant qualifications.Current Victorian Drivers Licence.Strong communication and organisational skills.A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.Flexibility and ability to adapt to meet clients' individual needs.We would also love you to have: A current NDIS Workers screening check.Current COVID-19 certificate and proof of current influenza vaccination.Why Mercy Health?
