The Role: We are looking for Casual Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. You must be dedicated to working in the community care model and be able to apply quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards and Attendant Care Standards.
What you will do: Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representativesDevelopment and evaluation of individualised resident care plansSupervise and support Personal Care WorkersClinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication managementLiaison with medical and allied health care staffProvision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsPositive resident experience through resident-first approachWho are you and what will you bring? Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essentialMinimum 2 years experience in providing clinical careStrong verbal and written communication skillsHold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careInterested?
