Benefits The Salary range for this position is currently $38.97 to $47.76 per hour. Hourly rate is based on experience.

Lastly, Churches of Christ are offering a generous Sign on and Retention Cash bonus of up to $5000.
You will be eligible for the following cash bonuses:
$500 on sign on – paid after third fortnight$1000 after 6 months$1500 after 12 months$2000 after 24 months.For part-time employees, this amount will be paid on a pro-rata basis based on the ordinary hours of work during the period. About you You are a compassionate health care professional able to provide care with empathy and kindness. Your attention to detail will ensure that you are effectively monitoring the progress of the residents and administering medication or providing referrals where needed. Your strong communication skills will enable you to understand and communicate with not only your residents, but also their families and a broader care team.
You are available to work either Morning or Afternoon Shifts on a weekly basis.
As a Registered Nurse you will:
Availability to work Morning and/or Afternoon shiftsProvide direct patient care, including providing medications and interventions.Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and monitor bespoke care plans.Monitor and document resident health status and progress and make referrals as needed.Educate families about health conditions and medications.Provide guidance and support to our team of dedicated care workers.To thrive in this role, you must have: Current registration as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.A National Police Check or ability to obtain.About our Fairhaven Maryborough Aged Care Service This role is based in our 90-bed service in the town of Maryborough, a historical river city known for its striking art, statues, heritage buildings, memorials and museums. Local shopping outlets, eateries, beautiful parklands and medical services are right on your doorstep.
