Who are we looking for?We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide leadership and supervision to our dedicated Care Workers. You will be responsible for leading our team in the delivery of person-centred care, providing guidance and acting as a point of escalation for issues. With effective interpersonal skills and the ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations, you will provide quality individualised nursing care.
We are looking for a reliable and passionate Registered Nurse who is happy to work a mixture of AM and PM shifts on a set fortnightly roster.
What can you expect to be doing?Provide quality nursing care to our residents through assessment and care planning, ensuring care needs of our residents are met at the highest standardAct as a role model to other staff, providing coaching and mentoring where requiredProvide a service that meets the needs of our residents and enhances their quality of lifeAssist to coordinate and maintain a quality system and strive for continuous improvementMaintain a strong resident focus and an empathetic and compassionate approach with residents and familiesLead from the front and delegate tasks appropriately amongst staffWhat do you need to bring?Tertiary qualification in Nursing or equivalent and current registration with AHPRAAt least 2 or 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged CareAbility to lead your colleagues and build effective relationships with residents and their familiesProficiency in clinical documentation in line with nursing competency standardsNational Police Clearance (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people)Who is AnglicareSA?As one of SA's largest social services providers, AnglicareSA makes a positive difference to the lives of more than 60,000 people each year.
