The Role As a Registered Nurse with Zonda, you will deliver tailored, evidence-based care personalised to the specific needs of each resident.
Your goal will be to empower residents to maintain their independence and lead fulfilling lives.
You'll also support your colleagues, creating a unified and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical support and guidance to the Residential Aged Care Team.
Use resources and equipment efficiently and appropriately.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and address residents' clinical care needs.
Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for residents.
Maintain professional relationships with service providers, medical, and health professionals.
Adhere to the Aged Care Code of Conduct and Charter of Care Recipients' Rights and Responsibilities.
Requirements: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience.
Current CPR Certificate.
Preferred: Current Driving Licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage time, tasks, and priorities effectively.
