We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Albany Home to work on a Permanent part time basis.
About your role As a Registered Nurse, you will work in a team environment, but also be able to operate alone and proactively.
You will be on our frontline with our residents – which can be challenging, but is also rewarding when achieving positive outcomes for our residents.
Your role will be responsible for our residents' well-being and delivering care to the highest standard.

What You Will Do Provide clinical care to residents, ensuring their health needs are met in accordance with their care plans Develop, implement and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the care team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by health care professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff Provide care for residents with Dementia and Palliative care needs What You Will Bring Compassion and resident-centred approach to delivery of care Aged Care experience with a great understanding of the standards and regulations A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our residents Ability to use electronic medical records and technology in a clinical setting Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA Registration Demonstrated ability to lead, work as part of a team and autonomously Knowledge and understanding of AN-ACC Provide NDIS clearance and up to date COVID & Flu vaccinations Culture and Benefits Temporary FREE Accomodation provided (for interstate movers).
