About the Role Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience holding current AHPRA Registration seeking a role that offers growth and development?
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse wanting to join us at our Glynde site and provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
This position offers a 12-month part-time contract, featuring both early and afternoon shifts.
You will work 65 hours a fortnight, with shifts scheduled between Monday to Friday.
Your passion for the enhancement of our residents' quality of life will enable you to deliver respectful and professional care as you guide and lead the care team to provide services that are safe and effective and tailored to meet each resident's needs, goals and preferences.

Key Duties Improving the quality of life and health of residents requires working closely with important partners and establishing strong clinical governance.
Empowering residents and their families involve providing thorough education and advocating for their rights and responsibilities.
Supporting and guiding the care team fosters a cooperative atmosphere focused on excellence and continuous growth.
Actively engaging in quality and risk management is essential for meeting standards and promoting ongoing improvement.
About You As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to residents.
Your role will require exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively respond to emergencies.
Additionally, experience in a clinical leadership role, acute care and strong organisational abilities are highly preferred.
