Registered Nurse Division 1 Grade 2 Gandarra Palliative Care Unit Grampians Health Ballarat Perm part time position 56 hours per fortnight About the role Gandarra Palliative Care Unit is a highly regarded 11 bed palliative care unit situated at the Queen Elizabeth Centre Ballarat.
We provide care for patients who are experiencing life limiting illness and their families.
within the Grampians Region.
We pride ourselves in on compassionate person centred care delivered by a highly motivated multidisciplinary team.
The position requires ability to work across a 7 day roster including am, pm and night shift Skills and Experience We are seeking applications from Registered Nurse Div 1 Grade 2 nurses who are seeking to work within this specialty.
At least 3 years post graduate experience is desirable and palliative care experience would be highly regarded but not essential.
The successful applicant will be part of a dedicated team and strive for excellence in patient and family care.
Excellent communication skills are paramount, as are written documentation skills.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024.
The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $34.17 - $48.26 per hour.
