Our Client MOONTA HEALTH AND AGED CARE SERVICES INC is seeking a Full-time REGISTERED NURSE (Aged care) position for $90,000 per year.
Duties:Provide the highest level of quality care to consumers in accordance with policies and procedures by directing care provided by nursing and personal care staff.Give direct nursing care to consumers with particular emphasis on those persons with complex and/or changing health care needs.Maintain accurate records of care processes and outcomes.Promote a safe and secure environment that optimizes health.Respect consumer privacy, dignity, individuality, and rights.Assist consumers in making informed healthcare decisions and demonstrate accountability for care practices.Collaborate with staff to identify nursing needs and formulate care plans in consultation with consumers/representatives.Supervise and coordinate the work of Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers.Requirements:NDIS worker screening clearance not older than five years.Relevant qualifications.Annual flu vaccination and COVID-19 immunization.Two years of on-the-job experience.Own transportation.A team-oriented attitude and desire for long-term employment.$90,000 per year
