In this key role, you'll identify growth opportunities and guide our Pharmacy Franchise Partners to success. With your expertise in business strategy and financial analysis, you'll develop customised strategies, streamline operations, and enhance profitability. Collaborating with the WA/SA State Manager, you'll receive the support you need to align with Wesfarmers Health's goals and the Pharmacy Leadership Program (PLP). Together, we'll drive real advancements in the performance of our Franchise network. This exciting opportunity involves supporting 19 stores in the SA region. Be part of our journey to success! What you'll bring: Demonstrated in-depth multi-site retail industry experience. Minimum 2 years' experience in franchising, preferred FMCG retailer. Proven track record of successfully working with business owners/managers across multiple sites to drive business improvement programs. Demonstrated success in developing a high level of customer experience/satisfaction in collaboration with business owners/managers. Strong ability to cultivate a high-performance team culture in partnership with business owners/managers across multiple sites. Why us?
