At Bupa, we deliver a refreshingly different, person-first commitment to care.
For many RNs, it promises more variety, autonomy, and a welcome relief from fast-paced acute hospital and typical aged care environments.
Here, you have the time to build relationships with your residents and see over time the impact on their lives of your efforts.
There's nothing more enriching than being considered one of the extended family, not just the medicine giver.
And it's Bupa's job to ensure we have everything in place to give you the confidence to do exactly that.
The heart of the role
You'll play an integral role in delivering person-centred care for our residents, supported by a team of carers.
At Bupa, you're encouraged to develop real relationships with residents, and that makes it easier to provide better care, helping you to make a difference to our resident's quality of life.
This means you'll gain greater satisfaction and pride seeing the long-term impacts your expertise can add to Bupa's more holistic form of care.
