As a Community Registered Nurse at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to travel cover from Grampians VIC Regions
- Ideally the suitable applicant will be located between Ballarat and Loddon Mallee . This is purely a Casual position
with the possibility of becoming Permanent Part Time in the future. Your Role:
Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound and catheter care and insertion. Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients. Working remotely throughout your community. Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks. Salary banding:
between $78,428
to $98,046
plus 11.5%
super. Salary packaging:
up to $15,899 tax-free annually. Meal and Entertainment Card:
up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income. Smart phone and laptop supplied. Role specific equipment supplied. Supported by a full rostering and admin team to book appointments, manage your calendar and negotiate client funding. About You:
If you're a Registered Nurse with AHPRA , who thrives in a community care setting, we want to hear from you. A minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a focus on aged care. Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care. Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Current and unrestricted Australian driver's license and ability to travel using own vehicle. Current vehicle registration including compulsory third-party personal injury insurance. Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements.
