RN-2 We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse (CN) to deliver high-quality mental health nursing care within various settings across the Mental Health Care Pathway (MHCP). In this predominantly clinical role, you will consolidate your practice through experience and/or further study, as well as embrace ongoing development from competent to proficient. Accountability is key, as you'll maintain high standards of care, guide less experienced staff, and manage delegated activities responsibly. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to engage in clinical teaching, research, and broader MHCP-wide projects, such as protocol development, process mapping, and managing portfolio-specific responsibilities aligned with your career growth.
