As part of the multidisciplinary team at the Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service, you will ensure the delivery of high quality care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department. It is expected that you will provide support and guidance to newer or less experienced Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and student nurses. A team player with the demonstrated ability to think on your feet and work within changing environments, you will work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Good organisation skills will be essential, along with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet set timelines whilst working under minimal supervision.
