Ward 5G is a 24-bed unit specialising in Haematology, Oncology and Radiation Oncology.About the role: Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care within SALHN Flinders Medical Centre.
Your expertise and compassion will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
Duties for the role will include: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.Providing comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
About you: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
