Registered Nurse (Charters Towers Health Service)Townsville Hospital and Health Service – Charters Towers QLDEligible health workers who make the move to work with us may receive up to $70,000 in incentive payments under Scheme 2 of the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme (conditions apply).About your opportunity:Permanent part-time, 60 hours per fortnight - Location: Charters TowersThe Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care utilising clinical skills, education and support to patients/clients and nursing staff within the Unit to ensure the provision of best practice and quality patient care.The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:Ability to comprehensively assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.Knowledge of legal and professional responsibilities.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with the multidisciplinary team, patients and other stakeholders, including participation in relevant networks.High standard of written and oral communication skills within the multidisciplinary team, patients and their families.Ability to use or learn to use information systems appropriate to the position.Ability to provide clinical education and support and demonstrate own ongoing professional development.Ability to demonstrate competency as outlined in the NMBA - Registered nurse standards for practice.What's on offer:Generous remuneration package value up to $95,892 p.a. comprising:Salary range of $41.73 to $53.53 p.h.
