Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience in aged care or a similar setting is highly desirable.
