Reporting to the Deputy Chief Operator and working alongside the Divisional Director of Clinical Support and Specialist Clinics, we are looking for the highest calibre clinical leader to support our teams as we head towards a period of significant and exciting growth and change.
The Division of Clinical Support & Specialist Clinics comprises the departments of Adult Specialist Clinics, Medical Imaging, Pathology Contract, Pathology Service Transition and Pharmacy.
The role in partnership with their aligned Divisional Director will be focused on the successful achievement of operational, financial, safety, quality and performance goals for the Division whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement to meet business and organisational priorities. This role also offers the further opportunity to provide medical leadership to facilitate complex cross-organisational initiatives and medical stewardship to Allied Health, Integrated Community and Health Support Service Divisions.
Whilst this is a full-time role, part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply, as there is an expectation that the successful candidate will routinely complete dedicated patient-facing hours within their clinical specialty (with some hours within a specialist clinic setting preferable).
