The 63 Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, Operational and Administrative staff provide:
24-hour Accident and Emergency CareResidential Aged CareCommunity Home Support ServicesCommunity Maternal and Child Health ServicesCommunity and Public Health Services (including School Health Services)Community Alcohol and Drug and Mental Health ServicesCommunity Chronic Disease Services (including Renal Dialysis)About the role:The Registered Nurse (Acute Care Team) is a Registered Nurse practising autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, primarily in the Woorabinda Hospital providing direct nursing care in emergency, general-inpatient and outpatient care and residential care to clients of this predominately Indigenous, rural/remote health care setting.
About you:Mandatory qualification/s: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate.Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, further qualification or evidence of further learning relating to Rural and Remote Nursing and/or Midwifery/Xray Operator would be well regarded.What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $121,106 p.a.
