The role involves working with the multidisciplinary team both face to face and virtually to deliver a range of health care services including aged care, acute care, primary health and community health. You will be responsible for assisting with the provision of high quality care and ensuring the wellbeing of patients and residents within the MPS facility. All suitably qualified Aboriginal people are encouraged to apply for this position. This is a targeted position in accordance with Western NSW LHD Aboriginal Workforce Affirmative Action Framework. Where you'll be working: This position will be based at Rylstone Multi Purpose Service. Rylstone MPS is a 32 Bed facility encompassing 2 Bed Emergency Department; 3 Bed acute area and 24 Residential Aged Care Beds. Along side this is the Community health centre offering outpatient services to the community.
