As a Migration Agent, your role includes working under the Manager- Operations and Principal Migration Agent and meeting with clients (corporate and individuals) to assess their visa eligibility, and assist with the preparation, lodgement, and processing of nomination and visas for the following subclasses including but not limited to:
Job responsibilities:
Proven work experience as a Registered Migration Agent. Standard Business Sponsorships, Temporary Activity Sponsorships and DAMA Agreements. Temporary Skills Shortage (Subclass 482). Short Term Temporary Work Visa (Subclass 400). Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186). General Skilled Migration (Subclass 190, 189, 491, 494). Follow company processes and utilise company systems and tools to process client visa applications as directed by Principal Registered Migration Agents. Assess visa eligibility and prepare legal advice. Ensure files are managed appropriately. Prepare legal submissions for applications and assist with drafting and lodging applications. Keep records of communications and evidence. Ensure timely and positive contact with clients. Work in conjunction with the Director and Principal Migration Agent, as well as independently. Requirements:
Registered with MARA. Qualification in Migration Law or similar. Previous experience working in a migration agency (5 to 7 years preferred). Outstanding communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records. Ability to work independently. Your application will include the following questions:
