The Compliance and Risk Manager at Guildford Grammar School is a pivotal position, playing a vital role in reducing our risk to staff, students, and the wider Guildford Community.
The safety and well-being of our students and staff is our priority, and the role will ensure all staff are well-informed of their obligation to contribute to risk and compliance management and the importance of working in partnership with you to achieve this.
The role is responsible for the implementation of all risk management and compliance related policies and systems within the School, including the School's Child Safe Program and Work Health and Safety Management System.
The post holder will work closely with the Deputy Principal Operations and Director of Human Resources to drive an embedded culture of risk, safety, and compliance across the school, through developing positive relations with relevant stakeholders and working in partnership to deliver continuous improvement for the School's governance, risk, and compliance framework.
