You will play a key role in leading our team to achieve our mission in providing outstanding care to our clients.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join the UK's highest-rated Home Care Group that truly values its Carers and its Management Team and can provide real career development opportunities due to its expansion plans across the Northwest.You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.As the Registered Care Manager, you will be:Responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the business in accordance with statutory regulations and company policies.Be responsible for the growth and development of the office, the service, operational staff, and carer workers out in the field.
