With more than 20 years' experience, they are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of your service. Managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management, you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met. This is an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation looking for individuals who are committed to developing and enhancing the service. This is a multi-site role which requires the Registered Manager to cover two sites in the Merseyside area.To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are an experienced Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting.
