About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our nursing pool team to work across a diverse range of general and specialty departments.
Pool staff members have the opportunity to work across a range of non-specialty and specialty areas. Areas of work are based on your prior experience but also provide you with the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of clinical settings, including Acute Medical/Surgical, Medical & Inpatient Palliative, Subacute, Surgical, Paediatrics and Emergency Department. By joining our highly skilled and supportive nursing teams, you will be providing best practice patient-centered care in a safe and caring environment.
Part-time and full-time positions available.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024, with the appropriate classification Registered Nurse Grade 2/Enrolled Nurse Grade 2. Salary Range Registered Nurse $71,333.60 to $95,378.40 per annum pro-rata. Salary Range Enrolled Nurse $66,868.40 to $71,141.20 per annum pro-rata.
