South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking qualified and experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our flexible nursing pool team. This role offers the chance to work across various general and specialty departments, including Acute Medical/Surgical, Palliative, Subacute, Paediatrics, and Emergency. About the role As part of the pool, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of general and specialty departments. Pool staff have the flexibility to work in both non-specialty and specialty areas, depending on your experience, while also gaining exposure to a variety of clinical settings. These include Acute Medical/Surgical, Medical & Inpatient Palliative, Subacute, Surgical, Paediatrics, and Emergency Department. By joining our highly skilled and supportive nursing teams, you will contribute to providing patient-centred care based on best practice in a safe and caring environment.
