As a District Nurse, you will deliver specialized home nursing care, conducting comprehensive assessments of broader care needs for our diverse community within City of Greater Shepparton and surrounding area.
Responsible for providing a person-centered model of care to consumers and enhancing the health and independence of consumers and their families.We are looking for a Registered Nurse who has recent experience in community or home nursing care, demonstrating proficiency in working independently, handling varied workloads, and providing interventions primarily in-home settings.
