Reporting to the Regional CEO, this is a hands-on position, which through excellent leadership and strong communication skills, will manage and develop senior leaders within the region to ensure high quality resident care.
The Regional Support Manager will also provide support for employee and other operational imperatives, including the overall administration, management, employee engagement, financial performance and deliver on key targets and strategic objectives for the region.
About you You must hold tertiary qualifications in management or a health-related disciplineKnowledge and application of the Aged Care Act, and of the health and aged care sectors is a benefitA valid driver's licence is requiredBusiness acumen is essentialLeadership and people management history is requested.Why work for Calvary?
