Regional Sales Representative – Construction Equipment CJD Equipment is on the lookout for an experienced Regional Sales Representative to join the team! Based in Dubbo (or surrounding areas), you will provide support and services to our customers in the Western Region.
Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, this role will see you responsible for managing our growing customer base through the ongoing sale of SDLG and Volvo Construction Equipment. This role will work closely with the rest of the team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets. With customer satisfaction at the forefront and a passion for all things construction equipment, your enthusiastic approach will ensure a high-quality service is delivered to all customers, current and new!

Base salary + attractive commission structure + company vehicle Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and territory plans, maximizing face-to-face interactions with customers and potential clients. Achieve sales targets by reviewing market conditions and market shares, reforecasting as required. Build strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and industry representatives. Oversee the delivery, familiarisation, and handover of new construction equipment to excited new owners. Mentor and coach team members and sales cadet to enhance product understanding and promotion. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in selling and a practical working knowledge of construction equipment. Deep understanding of the NSW market, with the ability to adapt to its evolving landscape. A high level of drive, energy, and autonomy, with a can-do attitude dedicated to delivering excellence. Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of striking beneficial deals for both customers and the business. A charismatic personality, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships based on honesty and integrity.
