As the Regional Sales Leader (based in Sydney or Melbourne) you will have a broad range of important duties to execute, including budgeting, forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and training.
You will coordinate, mentor, and support multiple sales individuals across your region whilst also leading from the front with your own individual sales targets to achieve.
What you will be doing
Setting, driving, and delivering on budgets and targets for the sales team in your region. Lead and inspire the day-to-day performance of the sales team including tracking and maintaining accountability to weekly and monthly KPI targets and other business plan objectives. Manage and drive the state business growth strategy for FCBT. Project Management & Business Planning. Meet with and present to internal and external key stakeholders and business partners. What we're looking for
North Sydney or Melbourne based candidate. 3+ years experience as a successful sales leader. Proven track record of setting and exceeding sales targets and budgets. Background in sales, business development, or account management. A master of networking. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
